Comments: I had a radon control system and the pump had failed. The original
installer; who did not install the system to code failed to answer my request for
help. The representative from Certified came by my house on his way home from a
day of work; disconnected the pump motor which was incorrectly and inappropriately
hard wired; and made a contract offer to replace the burned out motor and return
the system to code installation. He returned as promised and fixed the system and
provided a warranty. Great service, great job.
